Dr. Nitu Nigam is an accomplished medical professional with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and diagnostics. Currently serving as an Additional Professor in the Department of CFAR at King George Medical University, Lucknow, Dr. Nigam has made significant contributions in the fields of medical genetics, cytogenetics, and prenatal diagnostics. She has held various academic positions, starting from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor, and now Additional Professor, where she is involved in diagnostics related to leukemia, Down syndrome, thalassemia, molecular genetics, and prenatal diagnosis. Dr. Nigam is also dedicated to teaching research students, including those pursuing MD, MS, MDS, and PhD programs.
