Dr. Abhijit Das, currently serving as an Associate Professor at West Bengal State University, has had an illustrious academic career spanning over two decades. With a strong foundation in anthropology, Dr. Das holds an M.Sc and Ph.D. from Calcutta University, specializing in the Anthropology of Games & Sports. His journey as an educator began as a part-time lecturer at various institutions before joining Sree Chaitanya College, Habra, as an Assistant Professor. Since 2009, he has been an integral part of West Bengal State University, where he continues to contribute to teaching, research, and institutional development.

Dr. Das is a distinguished scholar with numerous accolades, including clearing the UGC NET and being awarded a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
