Dr. Pankaj Chamoli is an accomplished physicist and Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, where he has been serving since December 2020. In addition to teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students, Dr. Chamoli heads the Department of Physics and serves as the Principal Coordinator of the Innovation & Incubation Centre at SGRRU.

His earlier academic roles include serving as an Assistant Professor of Physics at DIT University, Dehradun (2017–2020), and as an Assistant Professor (Contract) at NIT Jalandhar (2010). He also gained industry experience as a Project Trainee at Crompton Greaves Ltd., Mumbai, focusing on advanced materials processing technology.
