DR. MANJU LATA WON EXCELLENT RESEARCHER AWARD IN THE FIELD OF ANIMAL NUTRITION


Dr. Manju Lata is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Nutrition, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, India. With 13 years of professional experience in teaching, research, and extension, she has significantly contributed to the field of animal nutrition and health management.

Her academic journey reflects strong research foundations. Her Master’s dissertation (2010) focused on studies on Acacia nilotica extracted tannins on rumen fermentation and its supplementation compared to designer milk powder on nutraceutical effects in rats. Later, her Doctoral dissertation (2024) studied the effect of dietary incorporation of Moringa oleifera leaf meal on the performance of Japanese quails. These pioneering works highlight her expertise in nutritional strategies for improving animal health and productivity.
