Dr. Satabdi Sarkar serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy at AIIMS Kalyani, West Bengal, India. She holds an MD in Anatomy, a degree that has guided her successful decade-long teaching career. With ten years of post-PG teaching experience, Dr. Sarkar is committed to advancing anatomical education and research in India.

Dr. Sarkar’s research encompasses various specialized areas of anatomy, including gross anatomy, medical education, dermatoglyphic studies, anthropometry, and radiological anatomy. She has also completed the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR Cycle 2) and a Basic Course in Medical Education, equipping her with a solid foundation for research and pedagogical excellence.
