Prof. D. S. Hooda is a distinguished academician and administrator with extensive contributions to higher education, research, and institutional development. With decades of experience, he has held several key leadership roles, including Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean (Research), Head of Department, Principal of a Postgraduate College, and NSS Program Officer. His administrative expertise extends to serving as a university hostel warden for 8 years and leading numerous academic and research initiatives.

Prof. Hooda has made substantial contributions to mathematics, statistics, and computer science, having published 142 research papers, 32 educational articles, and 22 books & chapters.
