Phu Xuan Pham is a Senior Lecturer Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, An Giang University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), Vietnam. He has more than twenty-year working experience in areas of rural development, indigenous knowledge, vulnerable livelihoods, migration, social resilience to flooding, adaptation to climate change and sustainable livelihoods in the Mekong region. He had experience of Editorial Board Member for International Journal: (i)Honorable Editorial Board Member for Innovation in Agricultural Sciences; (ii)Advisory Board Member as Agriculture Journal from Acta Scientific Open International Library ;(iii) Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Crop Technology and Agricultural Science Journal; (iv) Honorable Board Member of MC Agriculture and Environmental Science Journal from Medicon Open Access International Library. In addition, he had experience of membership of professional organization : (i) Member of CIRDAP expert ; (ii) Member of Vietnam Rivers Network ; (iii) Member of International Rivers Network ; (iv) Member of Vietnam Rural Tourism Network ; (v) Member of National Working Group for UNDP on residential cluster and dyke and hydropower problems in the Mekong River mainstream.
