Dr. Linu M Salim is an Assistant Professor at the School of Food Sciences and Technology, Mahatma Gandhi University. With over 11 years of research experience and 6 years of teaching experience, she has made significant contributions to microbiology, food sciences, and agricultural biotechnology.
She has undertaken multiple research projects, including studies on phosphate solubilizing bacteria, endophytic bacteria from turmeric, and microbiological quality control of dairy products.
