Dr. Bapuji Rao is an experienced academician and researcher with over 23 years of diverse experience in teaching, research, and academic guidance. His extensive career spans multiple renowned institutions across India. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at Aditya University, Surampalem, Andhra Pradesh (since April 2025) Previously, he held faculty positions at SRMIST (Delhi-NCR), Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (Odisha), K.L. University (AP), and several other engineering and technical institutions.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Rao has provided Pre-Placement Training in C, C++, Data Structures, ORACLE, and JAVA for final-year students and has also worked as a Researcher in Social Network Analysis at Raconsys Consultancy Services, Bhubaneswar.
Research Interests
His primary research interests include Graph Mining, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Attributed Graphs, Social Networks, and Algorithms. His research is particularly focused on the mining and analysis of large community graphs, graph partitioning, and multi-layer graph representation, which are vital in understanding complex networks and big data systems.
