DR. JENISH RAJMA WON WOMEN RESEARCHER AWARD IN THE FIELD OF PEDIATRICS

Dr. Jenish Rajma has a distinguished career spanning 17 years in the field of pediatrics, with a special focus on Pediatric Allergy Immunology and Adolescent Pediatrics. She completed her MBBS with 6 Gold Medals, including a Urology intercollege medal, and secured the 3rd rank in the AIIMS PG entrance exam in 2008. She has also been a university topper in the PGDAP exam at Kerala University in 2024.

In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Rajma has undergone specialized training, including the Research Methodology and Basic Course in Medical Education, and is a certified trainer for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and Asthma Training Module. She is also a ToT (Training of Trainers) for Clinical In-situ Simulation course by Hulls University, UK (2025).

Research & Publications

Dr. Rajma has contributed significantly to pediatric research with 16 publications, including 10 original research articles in peer-reviewed journals. Her research covers diverse areas such as asthma management, urolithiasis, pancreatitis, febrile thrombocytopenia, and immune-mediated disorders among children in tropical settings.
