Prof. Rajeswari K has over 30 years of teaching experience and 17 years of research experience in the field of education. She began her career as a Higher Secondary School Teacher, serving for 9 years, before transitioning into higher education as an Assistant and Associate Professor in various Government Colleges of Teacher Education (GCTE) across Kerala, including Thalassery, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kozhikode.

She later held the position of Principal at Govt. College of Teacher Education, Thiruvananthapuram, and IASE Thrissur for one year each, before retiring on 31st May 2022 as Principal. Currently, she serves as Professor and Head of the Centre for Research and Development at N.V.K.S.D. College of Education (Autonomous), Attor, Tamil Nadu, an institution accredited with A++ Grade by NAAC.

Significant Achievements

• Research Supervision: Guided more than 200 M.Ed theses, one M.Phil, and successfully produced 8 Ph.Ds, with two students currently pursuing their Ph.Ds under her guidance.
• Publications: Authored about 110 research articles in national and international journals, seminar proceedings, and book chapters. She has also published 15 books on education and research methodologies.
• Research Expertise: Actively contributed to research projects conducted by SIEMAT Kerala and SCERT Kerala, enhancing teacher education policies and academic frameworks.
• Academic Leadership: Played a pivotal role in curriculum development, teacher training, and pedagogical advancements in teacher education institutions.
