STEP-1: Online Nomination Application Form

STEP-2: Submit Required Documents

  • Submit the following documents electronically via email to: admin@scientificlaurels.in or scientificlaurels@gmail.com
    • Duly completed curriculum vitae (PDF format)
    • Passport size photograph (JPEG/PNG format)
    • Copy of workplace ID (PDF/JPEG format)
  • Note: Only filling the online form will not be considered. The required documents must be sent via email. Scientific Laurels no longer requires a hardcopy of the application. Non-compliant/incomplete nominations will not be accepted.

STEP-3: Screening Process

  • Initial document review and preliminary assessment of the nomination.
  • An acknowledgment email will be sent to the nominee confirming receipt of the required documents.

STEP-4: Cross Verification and Committee Review

  • Cross verification of the submitted documents.
  • Forwarding the verified documents to the Committee for review.
  • Scientific Laurels panel members may ask for proof of credits mentioned in the CV (Optional).
  • Selected nominees will receive a formal letter via email.

STEP-5: Delegate Fee Payment

  • Selected nominees must pay the delegate fee by the due date mentioned in the email.

STEP-6: Post-Payment Submission

  • After paying the delegate fee, share the following information via email:
    • Delegate fee receipt (transaction number or screenshot/scanned copy of transaction) for acknowledgment.
    • Latest good quality photo for banner release.
    • Two photographs and a biography in paragraph format (minimum of 600 words).
  • Scientific Laurels will then provide payment confirmation.

Steps for Selected Article Registration Procedure:

  • Pay the delegate fee by the due date mentioned in the email confirming your selection.

STEP-3: Post-Payment Submission

  • After paying the delegate fee, send the following information via email:
    • Latest good quality photo for banner release.
    • Two photographs and a biography in paragraph format (minimum of 600 words) for news release.
    • Complete postal address with Pincode with active mobile number.
  • Scientific Laurels will then provide payment confirmation via email.

Yes, we will send all your award benefits through courier to your registered address. Anyhow before sending the courier, we will get the address confirmation from you via email.

The Scientific Laurels judging is a peer review process. The panel members from diverse backgrounds are instructed to scrutinize the articles (in case of Article based Selection) & profiles (in case of self nomination) based on scores & entries from 0 to 10, using the criteria. The Scientific Laurels aggregates the scores to determine each category. The panel decision is final and binding. For each category of award title in each discipline the expert committee can select up to either 3 awardees (in case of self nomination) or 3 articles (in case of Article based Selection). However the Apex Committee reserve the rights to honor less or more than 3 awardees in any category who meet standards set by the expert committee under certain circumstances.

The committee will use discretion if an individual is nominated for two concurrent awards and will move the nomination to appropriate category based on their judgment. If a nominee meets the criteria for an award, other than the one nominated for, the committee will be deciding to move the nomination to a suitable category.

No, if your nomination is rejected by us, there is no fee charged by us.
